Welcome to Hero Soaps Kenya! We are committed to delivering our high-quality MaraTat detergent bar soap efficiently and affordably across Kenya. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding delivery timelines, fees, and procedures.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within Kenya, covering all major towns and cities. For remote locations, delivery may take longer, and additional fees may apply.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: KES 200 (for orders below KES 5000)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above KES 10,000
  • Express Delivery: KES 500 (same-day or next-day delivery for select locations)

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Nairobi & Major Towns: 1-3 business days
  • Other Regions: 3-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1 business day (available in Nairobi and select towns)

4. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (available in select locations).
  • All payments must be completed before dispatch, except for cash-on-delivery orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your package’s progress.

7. Delivery Issues & Returns

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
